Refund Policy for WiseOne Tech Pvt. Ltd.

At WiseOne Tech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality services and courses to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds and the procedures to follow for requesting a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
1.1. Course and Training Programs
Cancellation Within 7 Days: If you cancel your registration for any of our cyber security or cyber forensic courses within 7 days of enrollment, you are eligible for a full refund, provided that you have not attended more than one session of the course.
Non-Refundable After 7 Days: If you cancel after 7 days from the date of enrollment, or if you have attended more than one session of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may be eligible for an alternate training date or a course transfer (subject to availability and approval).
1.2. IT Consulting Services and Infrastructure Solutions
Cancellation Prior to Service Commencement: If you cancel an IT consulting service or infrastructure solution project before it has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payments made.
After Service Commencement: If the service or project has already begun, we will assess the work completed up to the cancellation point and offer a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed. No refund will be provided for services that have been fully rendered.
1.3. Drone Survey and Related Services
Cancellation Before Service Date: If you cancel a drone survey or related service before the service is performed, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payments.
After Service Commencement: No refund will be issued if the survey or service has already commenced, or if the service is completed.
1.4. Products and Equipment
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product from us, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Non-Defective Products: We do not offer refunds for products unless they are faulty or damaged during delivery.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Submit a Refund Request: Contact us at info@wiseonetech.in or call 0124-4987770 / 9220632393 to request a refund. Include your order or enrollment details, and a brief explanation for your refund request.
Provide Necessary Documentation: Depending on the nature of the refund, we may request supporting documentation, such as proof of payment, course attendance records, or product condition (for damaged items).
Refund Review Process: Once we receive your refund request, we will review the circumstances and process your refund request within 7–10 business days. We may offer an alternate solution, such as rescheduling a course or transferring your registration to another course, if applicable.
Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the payment was made through a credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card used for the transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
After the 7-Day Cancellation Period: For courses and services where the cancellation request is made after the 7-day period.
Attendance of Course Sessions: If you have attended more than one session of a course, no refund will be issued.
Partial Use of Services: For services or consultations that have already been partially delivered, no refund will be issued unless specifically stated under the terms of service.
No Show for Scheduled Services: If you fail to attend or participate in a scheduled service, course, or consultation without prior notice or valid reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Modifications to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website, and the updated date will be indicated at the top of the page. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
